PARENT & GUARDIAN
CODE OF CONDUCT

HBEFFA is committed to a safe, positive, and empowering environment for every athlete. This Code of Conduct governs all parents, guardians, and spectators.

YOUR DAUGHTER IS IN GOOD HANDS. TRUST THE PROCESS.

Our coaches are professional, passionate, and deeply invested in every athlete's development. There will be moments when your daughter is pushed hard — that is by design. Your role is critical. Your support, your trust, and your positive presence are part of your daughter's team.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Provide positive encouragement only — cheer for your daughter and her teammates
Respect the authority and decisions of all HBEFFA coaches and staff
Trust the development process — coaches will push athletes hard, and that is intentional
Respect officials and accept decisions gracefully
Remain in designated spectator areas during all practices and games
Arrive on time and arrange timely pickup of your athlete
Communicate concerns privately with staff — not from the sidelines
Maintain sportsmanlike presence on all social media regarding the Academy

PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

Physical altercations, threats of violence, or aggressive physical contact
Verbal abuse, profanity, threatening language, or personal attacks
Coaching your daughter or other athletes from the sidelines
Confronting coaches, officials, or opposing parents aggressively
Undermining the coaching staff's authority with players or publicly
Consuming alcohol or controlled substances at Academy events
Recording players in locker rooms, restrooms, or private areas
Posting negative or defamatory content about players, coaches, or officials online

ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

Minor Violation

Verbal warning. Second offense = removal from that event.

Serious Violation

Immediate removal from event. Formal written warning. Player placed on probationary status.

Severe Violation

Immediate permanent removal. Immediate termination of player enrollment — NO REFUND. Law enforcement may be contacted.

ZERO TOLERANCE — NO EXCEPTIONS

Any disruption, violence, or threats from parents will result in the immediate termination of the player's acceptance into the Academy. No refund. We will never negotiate on player safety — ever.

BY REGISTERING, YOU AGREE

Registration constitutes full acceptance of this Parent Code of Conduct. You will formally acknowledge this policy during registration.
