Every HBEFFA athlete is developed across three pillars: Athletic Foundation, Football Intelligence, and Character Development. We produce complete athletes — not just football players.

Academic Standards
Minimum 2.5 GPA required for all players. Academic performance is monitored every grading period. Athletes who fall below standard enter an Academic Performance Plan before any athletic discussion.

Elite Competition
Our Senior Elite division competes at NFL Flag Championships and USA Football sanctioned events — the highest level of organized youth flag football in the country. Our players are tested against the best.

College Pipeline
The NCAA recognized women's flag football as an emerging sport in 2024. HBEFFA is actively building relationships with college programs adding women's flag football rosters. Our players receive individual recruiting profiles and film compilation support.

HOW WE MEASURE OUR ATHLETES
Athletic Metrics
Every 8 weeks our athletes are tested on: • 40-yard dash (timed electronically) • Pro shuttle / 5-10-5 drill • Vertical jump • Broad jump Results are tracked in each athlete's profile and available to verified scouts.
Academic Standing
Academic performance is tracked every grading period. GPA is verified through school records each semester. Players must maintain 2.5 minimum to compete. Academic data is self-reported and verified by parents.
Character Assessment
Our coaching staff provides a written character assessment for every Senior Elite player upon request. This covers: coachability, leadership, work ethic, and conduct. Available to verified college programs only.
